Position Description
This role supports the Global Marketing and Commercial teams by managing contracts, invoices, and expenses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Collaborate with Compliance and Finance teams to finalize contracts and process invoices efficiently.
- Financial Management: Monitor expenses and ensure payments are accurate and timely.
- Program Coordination: Partner with Global Marketing and Commercial teams to manage requests, track progress, and provide guidance on program protocols.
- Data Analysis: Regularly review reports, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to support marketing operations and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, contract administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of legal and compliance processes related to speaker engagements (preferred).
