Compensation: $120K - $130k Plus Benefit OR $70-$75 on W2 hourly (No benefits)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate and drive Agile Scrum practices, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in comprehending and articulating complex engineering details while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

This role requires a strong background in software engineering and excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Scrum processes and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, promoting Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between the product development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Identify and address roadblocks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Utilize tools such as Jira to track progress, manage workflows, and ensure transparency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams.
• Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to comprehend and explain technical details.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira for project tracking and management.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management across diverse groups (e.g., business and IT teams).
