Senior Data & Infrastructure Engineer
Location: On-site in New York, NY (Flatiron)
Compensation: $100,000 – $300,000 base salary equity

As a Senior Engineer on the Data & Infrastructure team, you’ll design and build infrastructure from the ground up, shaping the systems that power AI-driven workflows.
You will collaborate directly with the co-founders and head of engineering to shape the engineering culture and play a key role in scaling the team.

What You’ll Do
- Architect scalable server infrastructure and design efficient ETL pipelines.
- Build systems optimized for scaling and configure robust alerting/monitoring.
- Drive the vision for data and infrastructure to meet customer needs.
- Help shape and grow the early engineering team, instilling best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in designing and building distributed systems or infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- A track record of solving hard problems and delivering production-quality systems.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
