Why This Role?
As part of our 20-person engineering team , you'll partner directly with our CTO to architect and scale our tech stack, which powers mobile apps for workers and businesses, web platforms for our customers, and internal tools for operational teams. With Series B funding around the corner and plans to double our team, this is your chance to be an early contributor at a pivotal moment.
What You'll Do :
- Build and own foundational products, including mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Establish best practices for frontend development using TypeScript , React , and React Native .
- Develop and scale backend systems leveraging Python , AI , predictive algorithms , and location monitoring .
- Lead technical decisions, mentor teammates, and contribute to our company's mission to redefine productivity in light industrial staffing.
