The Account Manager- Customer Success will serve in a front-line role with our client's independent sales rep firm customers.
The Account Manager- Customer Success will counsel reps regarding their products and pricing to best meet the needs of plan & spec and design & build opportunities brought forward by the reps.
This is a team of creative engineers with excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills who thrive on advising and collaborating with customers. In addition, there is managing projects and collaborating with the shop to create new designs and processes or improve existing ones.

What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)
· Deliver front-line advisory and support to customers.
o Provide consultation to the organization's network of sales rep firms in order to ensure the proper product selection based on the supplied plans and specifications.
o Provide technical support to architects and engineers based on the supplied performance data for products and requirements.
o Establish and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and competitors' products.
o Conduct outreach to rep firms in order to capture feedback on open quotes for the organization's products.
· Product development.
o Support Technical Sales on its development of new products and product enhancements based on market opportunities and requirements.
o Provide support in the development and upkeep of various product line technical information.
· Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
