Experience in Transportation Sales or Logistics industry.Ability to facilitate design discussions and workshops.Enthusiastic and approachable personality with a user-first mindset.What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)
Lead UX Design Efforts : Own the UX design process, creating and refining user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.User Advocacy : Make space for and advocate for user needs through usability testing, research, and empathy-driven design.Design System Management : Ensure consistency and scalability by utilizing and contributing to the design system.Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align business goals and user needs.Iterative Problem-Solving : Tackle complex, undefined projects by synthesizing multiple inputs and feedback into cohesive design solutions.Facilitation & Presentation : Drive alignment through design facilitation and effective presentations to stakeholders.Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior designers, providing insights and onboarding support for new team members.Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $40-$70 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
