TalentFish is casting a line for a Systems Engineer - Level 3 in Chicago's Southwest Suburbs. This is a hybrid role that requires being in the office when needed. In this role you will be designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining the organization's information technology systems. You will be working with the architecture team to evaluate and ensure the efficient and secure operation of IT & business systems. Must be eligable to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
What You Bring to the Role. (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Certification or equivalent engineering experience in multiple OS's, VM and storage systems, Windows

Server Management :
dminister and maintain server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and monitoringPerform regular system updates, backups, and ensure high availability of serversTroubleshoot server-related issues and optimize server performanceStorage Management :
Design, implement, and maintain the storage infrastructure ecosystemDesign, implement, and maintain data backup environment, including off-site disaster recoveryResponsible for applying patches, upgrading software, and making sure that data is secureMaintain the fiber channel switches, cloud storage and SAN arrangementsctive Directory :
Design, implementation, and maintenance of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environmentsResponsibilities include managing domains and troubleshooting Active Directory authentication issuesEnsure that the Active Directory environment is secure, efficient, and scalableManage certificate authority servers, certificate lifecycle, and secure PKI infrastructureProvide management and support of DNS systemsDevelop strategies for disaster recovery and ensuring compliance with regulations and policiesSystem Design, Implementation & Configuration :
Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructureEnsure the seamless integration of innovative technologies into existing systemsssist in the recommendation of hardware and software solutions to meet organizational requirementsSecurity and Compliance :

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $118,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year no bonus, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, company matched 401(k) equivalent, and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
