Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday Technical Developer / Analyst . This is a Direct Hire role that is Remote.
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)
- 5 years of Workday technical experience, including integrations, reporting, and configurations.
- Workday certifications in Integrations, Reporting, or Studio strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (REST / SOAP), and BIRT reporting.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Workday security framework and best practices.
- Healthcare industry experience or knowledge of hospital HR, Finance, and Supply Chain processes is a plus.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for issue tracking and resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
