Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives top-line growth and strengthens competitive positioning in all markets.
- Build and lead a high-performing, dispersed marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and results.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including AI-driven interfaces, omni-channel communication strategies, and targeted lead generation to enhance customer acquisition.
- Improve customer retention through loyalty programs, maintenance plans, and personalized offers tailored to location and weather patterns.
- Integrate in-house marketing teams with agency partners to optimize campaign execution and maximize return on investment.
- Develop community-based brand equity programs, including sponsorships, partnerships, and local events to strengthen trust and visibility.
- Utilize data analytics to track marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance attribution modeling across brands.
- Lead grassroots marketing efforts and execute creative promotional campaigns, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising and digital media strategies.
- Present marketing strategies and performance insights to the Board, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth goals.
- Travel as needed to key markets, including Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, and Grand Rapids, to support market expansion and campaign execution.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Expertise in performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM strategies.
- Experience in home services or similar location-based industries with multi-market brand management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data and AI-driven insights for decision-making.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Boards and senior leadership teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience developing community-based marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation and digital innovation strategies.
- Budget management and ROI optimization expertise.
