Talentfoot is representing one of the leading health tracking apps for general health and chronic illness. The company's mission is to empower everyone worldwide to to both understand and have the tools to improve their health. The Director of Growth Marketing position is a new position being added to the team.
They are seeking an extremely curious and extremely ambitious individual to help grow customers organically. Trust, quality, and brand are crucial elements of the business, and they are looking for someone to support optimizing business for long term value.
This is not an advertising role. This is a creative, resourceful, guerrilla, content, product, analytics, brand, and strategic organic marketing role.
Experience Required
At least 3 years overall marketing experience, plus subject matter expertise in at least 2 of the following areas:

- Website content and SEO
- App store content and ranking optimization
- Product analytics (retention, lifetime value, etc.)
- Referral programs and viral multipliers
- Creative partnerships
- Product quality and stickiness
- Thing #7 - something amazing and relevant that you bring to the table
- Direct experience leading a growth or marketing team of a consumer company while it grew from thousands to millions of users.
- Measurably improve rate of new user growth
- Invent and execute growth projects from start to finish
- Gather data efficiently from the team, and sell the team on big opportunities
- Get your hands dirty and do much of the work. This is not currently a “manager” job, but it is collaborative, and as the company grows, managing people could be in the future
- This role is onsite in the Santa Barbara area of California
- You must be currently located in a commutable distance, no relocation at this time
