About The Role

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the charge in shaping our product messaging, market positioning, and competitive differentiation. This role will be instrumental in crafting clear, compelling narratives about our products and delivering them to global go-to-market teams.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Your key focus will be on articulating product value, differentiating our solutions in the market, and driving customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product narrative and overall company messaging.
  • Create and maintain consistent, engaging messaging across all marketing channels that resonates with target audiences.
  • Produce high-quality content such as case studies, white papers, blog articles, webinars, and videos to support lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, demos, and sales enablement resources.
  • Work with the demand generation team to optimize campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with customer success teams to identify and highlight impactful customer stories and testimonials.
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, applying insights to shape product and marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience with AI-based products is highly valued.
  • Content Creation: Expertise in producing diverse content formats, including white papers, infographics, web content, and social media posts.
  • Go-to-Market: Proven history of leading successful product launches.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance measurement tools.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate value effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
