Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product narrative and overall company messaging.
- Create and maintain consistent, engaging messaging across all marketing channels that resonates with target audiences.
- Produce high-quality content such as case studies, white papers, blog articles, webinars, and videos to support lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, demos, and sales enablement resources.
- Work with the demand generation team to optimize campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Partner with customer success teams to identify and highlight impactful customer stories and testimonials.
- Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, applying insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience with AI-based products is highly valued.
- Content Creation: Expertise in producing diverse content formats, including white papers, infographics, web content, and social media posts.
- Go-to-Market: Proven history of leading successful product launches.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance measurement tools.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate value effectively.
