Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact customers and projects to drive long-term business growth.
- Establish a robust lead generation methodology and opportunity pipeline based on geography, project type, and market segment.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to identify and pursue projects that align with strategic and financial goals.
- Provide hands-on sales leadership by engaging directly in sales activities, negotiations, and key account management as needed.
