Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the sales organization of a high-growth company in the infrastructure industry. As Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding relationships with key accounts. This highly visible position offers the chance to develop and execute strategic sales plans, mentor a growing sales team, and work closely with leadership to achieve long-term business objectives. Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact customers and projects to drive long-term business growth.
  • Establish a robust lead generation methodology and opportunity pipeline based on geography, project type, and market segment.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to identify and pursue projects that align with strategic and financial goals.
  • Provide hands-on sales leadership by engaging directly in sales activities, negotiations, and key account management as needed.
  • Coach and mentor all client-facing team members to enhance their sales effectiveness through in-person training and follow-up strategies.
  • Design and implement competitive sales compensation plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with HR to identify hiring needs and build out the sales team for future growth.
  • Track customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance retention and revenue growth.

Required

Position Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience in infrastructure, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in traffic control, infrastructure services, or construction-related sales.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership mindset with a passion for team development and mentorship.
