Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, focusing on customer lifecycle management, loyalty, and retention.
- Own the execution of email, push, and SMS campaigns, optimizing each touchpoint for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and attributed revenue.
- Work with data teams to refine customer segmentation and drive personalized communication strategies.
- Design and manage automated customer journeys, including welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Ensure CRM efforts are seamlessly integrated across digital, in-store, and loyalty programs for a consistent omnichannel experience.
- Partner with marketing, operations, creative, and analytics teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.
- Track key performance metrics and contribute to quarterly and annual revenue targets for CRM.
- Assist in the selection and optimization of CRM tools to improve automation, reporting, and customer insights.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Position Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or personalization, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in driving customer engagement and retention through CRM strategies.
- Expertise in email and push marketing, with hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Comfortable using Tableau dashboards for reporting and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Experience in QSR, restaurants, retail, or eCommerce.
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying (a plus, but not required).
- Experience with workflow management tools such as Asana or Adobe WorkFront.
