We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in outbound calling to recruit potential clients, build long-lasting relationships, and provide expert guidance through the home financing process. You will be responsible for generating leads, educating clients about mortgage options, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Outreach:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
Identify client needs and present tailored mortgage solutions.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and personal networking.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Act as the main point of contact, providing consistent communication throughout the loan process.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing updates on loan status.
Loan Consultation and Processing:
Analyze client financial information to determine eligibility and appropriate loan products.
Educate clients on mortgage terms, rates, fees, and options.
Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and company lending regulations.
Collect and verify required documentation to process loan applications.
Maintain accurate and detailed records in the company's CRM and loan origination systems.
Market Development and Networking:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and regulatory updates.
Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
Participate in local networking events and community activities to promote services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mortgage lending, sales, or a related field.
Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to confidently engage potential clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of loan origination systems and CRM tools is preferred.
Familiarity with federal and state mortgage lending regulations.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
