As a Solar Sales Representative, you will prospect potential clients over the phone, educate them on the benefits of switching to solar energy, and guide them through the process of transitioning to clean, renewable energy. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads.
- Explain the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar power.
- Overcome objections and provide clear, persuasive information to potential customers.
- Schedule consultations and follow up to ensure customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center or phone-based sales (solar sales experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
