TalentGrid Search has partnered with a leading global organization that provides business intelligence services to companies around the world.
The Inside Sales Representative will function in a B2B capacity. You will be contacting business leaders, C-Level, and decision makers to educate and sell them on products and services that can help their company make better informed decisions about their financial liability.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable managing leads, cold calling, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities, make outbound cold call and follow-up emails.
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years' of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- High motivation to achieve sales targets
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Enthusiasm and friendly nature
- Team player and culture builder
The position has a base salary plus up to 30% commission on each sale. There is a comprehensive benefits package available and paid-time off. Growth potential based on performance.
