What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at TalentGrid Search?
TalentGrid Search is a recruitment services provider. We have partnered with a global market leader in automated packaging machinery.
Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician that resides within 1-hour of Seattle, WA. You will be responsible for performing installs, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities for clients within your region, which typically covers a 300-miles radius. You will service state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment at leading manufacturing companies within the region.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong mechanical experience working on pneumatic, hydraulic, bearings, levers, and pulleys
- Electrical experience and understanding of sensors and electric motors
- Basic PLC knowledge
This is a remote position and requires regular travel to clients within your region, including overnight stays. Travel can be upwards of 80-90%. Candidates must reside within 1-hour of Seattle.
