Our client is seekinga Field Service Technician that resides in the Greater Portland, OR area. You will be responsible for performing installs, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities for clients within your region, which typically covers a 300-miles radius. You will service state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment at leading manufacturing companies within the region.
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Strong mechanical experience working on pneumatic, hydraulic, bearings, levers, and pulleys
- Electrical experience and understanding of sensors and electric motors
- Basic PLC knowledge
This is a remote position and requires regular travel to clients within your region, including overnight stays. Travel can be upwards of 90%. Candidates must reside in the Greater Portland, OR area.
