Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge in Foot & Ankle product families and surgical tray contents.
- Process loaner requests, prioritize urgent needs, and transfer sets from work-in-progress to available inventory for shipment.
- Update inventory lists to reflect lot code changes and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory management; complete required training and maintain proficiency.
- Receive inventory and accurately enter data into ERP system; manage documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and Executive Committee on inventory updates and fulfillment.
- Partner with Commercial/Marketing teams to ensure product configurations meet requirements.
- Package/ship products to restock internal and field inventory as needed.
- Process loaner/consignment sets (fulfillment, packaging, shipping, reconciliation).
- Clean/disinfect returned inventory per company protocols.
- Adhere to documentation standards and 5S methodology for workspace organization.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
