A Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience (or 10 years in a related role). Expertise in motor controls and / or battery-supplied drive systems. Advanced knowledge of GD&T and design for manufacturability. Experience with ISO or ASTM quality control procedures, risk analysis, and product design optimization. Expertise in motor controls and / or battery-powered systems. Experience with ISO / ASTM quality control and design optimization. Strong technical writing and project management skills. Proficiency in Solidworks Electrical (or similar) and project management software. Bonus points for (not required) : Hands-on engineering development and testing experience. Familiarity with CNC controls, ASTM F24, and CE standards. Engineering management and / or sales support experience. Experience in an engineering sales role or supporting sales and marketing departments. Understanding of economic principles, market analysis, and cost forecasting. Advanced fabrication skills, including welding and machining.
