- Provide cost analysis and estimating support for developing cost models and life cycle cost estimates
- Develop and maintain Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACE-IT) cost models and files
- Assist in creating cost estimates for work packages and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)
- Prepare recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, and resource requirements
- Participate in program/budget reviews with various levels of the Department of Defense
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- Eight (8) years of experience as a cost/price analyst
- Active Secret clearance required
- Master's degree may substitute for three years of experience if in a related field
- An additional eight (8) years of related experience may substitute for education
- Experience with Department of Defense cost analysis requirements and procedures
- Familiarity with budget scheduling and planning activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
- Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and priorities
