- Salary up to $52,100

- Serve as the primary contact for members to resolve inquiries related to claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy
- Provide exceptional service satisfaction and assist members through the service recovery process
- Work telephonically to interpret contracts and explain benefits
- Collaborate with team members to effectively address customer issues
- Build a strong foundation of health plan and health claims knowledge for career advancement opportunities
- Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality service to members
- Advanced ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience identifying process improvements and providing peer feedback
