What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct non-routine end-to-end analyses, gathering and processing data from large and complex datasets
• Build code for impact analysis on system-wide issues to support business decisions
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for cross-functional teams to provide key insights
• Create and maintain dashboards for cross-functional partners to drive business decisions
• Mentor and guide team members in data analytics and foster effective working relationships with management
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar data/business analysis role
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong proficiency in SQL scripting and dataset analysis
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Python, SAS, JavaScript, Tableau, and Power BI
• Effective communication skills with peers, management, and cross-functional stakeholders
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Intermediate to advanced experience in Python, R, Base SAS, and JavaScript
• Intermediate experience in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail
