- Service mortgage accounts to ensure all default activities comply with state and federal laws
- Conduct thorough reviews of files to meet default timeframes and underwriting requirements
- Manage default proceedings by coordinating with various parties involved in the process
- Monitor activities and maintain accurate records throughout the default process
- Follow up diligently on outstanding requests from internal and external partners
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to guidelines and procedures
- Working knowledge of computer software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with GSE and Government processes
- Familiarity with MSP and LoanSphere systems
- Previous experience in a mortgage servicing role
