What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan, organize, and execute events for Fry Love Express, ensuring quality and brand exposure
• Serve as the liaison between the field team, legal department, and vendors for contract execution and event management
• Manage the budget, forecasting, and invoicing for Fry Love Express events
• Maintain and improve the Fry Love Express equipment and supplies for events
• Provide proactive communication regarding all Fry Love Express initiatives and events
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
• 3-5 years of experience in Event Management or Field Marketing, preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Familiarity with marketing materials development and distribution
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Box
