What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive and process medical claims from healthcare providers or patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is included
• Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and vet claims against program-specific business rules
• Provide customer support through various communication channels, including phone and email
• Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to management
• Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with two available shifts
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in claim processing is required
• Medical Billing and Coding Certification is required
• Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• HIPAA certification is mandatory
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Customer service experience is preferred
• Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred
