- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training

- Prior sales experience and proficiency in persuasion techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in the telecommunications industry, including cable or wireless products
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and order processing software
