What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the development and execution of a member growth strategy for the US Family Health Plan (USFHP)

Establish and oversee performance metrics to ensure effective sales practices and compliance

Develop tactical growth plans in collaboration with direct reports

Partner with marketing and network leadership to create joint growth strategies and campaigns

Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to direct reports to meet growth goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

BA / BS or equivalent experience required

Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience

Experience leading teams across functional departments in an operational environment

Proven experience with sales market analysis and community relationship building

Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

US Military Veteran

Experience in military recruiting or similar relevant roles

Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and resources

Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and decision-making

Familiarity with compliance and contractual requirements
