What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Analyze business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic or tactical recommendations

Perform modeling and analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products

Assist in direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and develop insights for new customer experiences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in service quality and profitability

Develop and implement solutions while monitoring their effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, or Engineering

At least 1 year of experience in analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills based on rigorous analytics

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Statistics

1 years of experience in statistical model building

1 years of experience in market research

2 years of experience in business analysis

1 years of experience in consulting
