- Supervise day-to-day operations for the Clinical Operations Specialist team, serving as the main escalation point for questions and managing processes
- Set up Certified Pod Trainers in CRM for product certification and initiate training contracts for clinics
- Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems for the Clinical Operations structure
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as requested
- Provide coaching and feedback to the Clinical Operations Specialist team
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a field/office management role
- Strong background in workforce management, service quality management, and contracting management
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills
- Ability to prioritize and create innovative solutions to support the Clinical Team
- Very strong computer skills, including Microsoft Software and Salesforce
- Experience providing remote support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated capability in actively seeking input and collaboration
