- Typically requires 3 years of experience supporting IT systems
- Strong technical and computer skills to resolve software and hardware issues
- Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to produce high-quality, accurate results
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience in mentoring or coaching team members
