The salary range for this position is between $51,590-$65,390, depending on location, relevant skills, and years of experience.
Position Overview - Social Media Marketing Specialist
The Social Media Marketing Specialist plays a critical role on the marketing team, maintaining the network’s social media efforts and reputation management. This is done through solid copywriting and creative efforts. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of social media and the online presence for a portfolio of brands which includes content creation, posting, monitoring, and managing engagement using a variety of review tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research : Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in order to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Implement : Develop a results-driven social media strategy and optimal posting schedule — taking into consideration metrics and customer engagement.
- Create : Build social media content including copy, images, and videos.
- Post : Publish content on relevant platforms to support and enhance each brand’s awareness and equity.
- Engage : Interact with users and respond to social media and Google My Business messages, inquiries, comments, and reviews.
- Analyze : Review performance data to optimize content and increase reach and engagement.
- Additional Reputation Management : Coordinate building, managing, and maintaining our network reputation management platform.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
