What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wealth Advisor - Financial Services position at TalentLink Solutions?
Our firm is a growing registered investment advisory (RIA) with a diverse client set and a strong commitment to our fiduciary responsibility. Our clients are individuals/families, businesses/executives and we also support a number of retirement plans. We are passionate about the financial planning process and having subject matter experts (CFA/CFP) on our team to solve our clients’ needs. We believe in our team and value them with flexibility, employer-paid medical, dental, vision, a robust retirement plan, and many team celebrations and experiences throughout the year!
Our firm is looking to hire a Wealth Advisor to nurture the long-term needs of firm clients, help manage client relationships, actively participate in the advanced planning process and provide support to our Senior Advisors. This will be the first support advisor role within our firm and will be a critical player in our continued growth. While the goal will be for you to grow into managing a specific group of households, the timeline for this will depend on the experience and skill set you bring. You will provide consistent, accurate and timely results with research, meeting preparation, meeting attendance, reporting, analysis, as well as input and management of the financial plan. In addition to the technical mastery, you will anticipate needs, resolve problems, and follow through on agreed upon deliverables.

You are an excellent communicator that can grasp others’ needs and develop remarkable ways to fulfill them. You can move through your work efficiently while recognizing that the detailed work in our business is critical. You have enough experience and/or common sense to know that the first answer isn’t always the right one and you are incredibly resourceful and thoughtful in all your interactions. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience independently running some client meetings or co-leading them alongside a Senior Advisor and who are ready to advance to managing their own set of client relationships.
You are going to be tech savvy, an adopter of change and always willing to help. You are naturally curious, love organization and detail work. You have been in the business awhile and understand many, if not all, client situations, even when complex. Because of this, you are proactive and able to help clients and the Senior Advisors steer clear of landmines.
