Overview
We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Shipment Customer Service Specialist/Call Center Representative to join our growing team to work in a fully remote, company provided home equipment environment. Duties
- Answer incoming and conduct outbound calls professionally and provide information about products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
- Pharmacy, healthcare insurance, medical billing, hospital, or related experience required
- Experience utilizing outbound phone software such as Genesis, and Salesforce
- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various types of customers
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Experience with data entry and using computerized systems is required
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English and bilingual in Spanish is a bonus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in medical terminology and data entry
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Multilingual skills and medical insurance, reimbursement, and order shipping knowledge are a plus
- Ability to work an (8) hour shift between the hours 8:00am - 8:00pm EST. Schedules are on a rotational basis between these hours daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
