Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Staffing Business Development Manager out of the Corporate office in Indianapolis, IN. The Staffing Business Development Manager will be involved in daily tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing demands.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify prospects through in-person cold calling, LeadGen, marketing and lead follow-up.
- Engage prospects via phone, in person and through periodic association events.
- Navigate through corporate entities with the goal of reaching decision makers.
- Listen to the need and then provide the solution to meet that need.
- Consultatively sell to build strong relationships.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through account management responsibilities.
- Consistently build the sales pipeline to meet revenue and profit objectives.
- Develop territory sales plans to meet KPI’s and corporate goals.
