Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to assist with reviewing, improving, and filing immigration cases for our clients on a case-by-case basis. This is a contractor role with a flat-rate payment per case, offering flexibility and a steady flow of cases.
Responsibilities :
- Review client-provided case materials for accuracy, completeness, and legal strength.
- Improve case submissions by drafting or refining legal arguments, recommendation letters, and supporting evidence.
- Provide expert legal guidance on O1, EB1, EB2, and other employment-based visa categories.
- Ensure all filings comply with USCIS regulations and meet the highest standards of success.
- Submit cases to USCIS and track application statuses as needed.
- Communicate with clients regarding case improvements, additional documentation, and procedural requirements.
