Responsibilities :
- Oversee property accounting functions at both the corporate and individual property levels (75% of the role).
- Focus on acquisitions, integrating new properties, and coordinating with lenders (25% of the role).
- Manage a team of 3-5 people within the accounting department.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives.
