About Company / Opportunity
We are a global renewable energy company that needs a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal team in Austin (on a hybrid basis with 3 days / week onsite). Our ideal candidate has experience with real estate, land acquisition and energy development.
Responsibilities
- Assist our legal and development team in Austin with reviewing, drafting and finalizing various agreements, including leases, NDAs, MSAs, licensing agreements and other commercial contracts.
- Oversee contract execution, including notarization requirements.
- Manage contracts to ensure that all obligations are met in a timely fashion.
- Assist with compliance efforts and monitor regulatory developments.
- Prepare applications, reports and filings.
- Perform real estate due diligence, including review of titles, surveys, and other records.
