This is a full-time and permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee crucial SEC reporting, filing, and compliance efforts.
- Lead and supervise legal activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with executives across the organization.
- Provide strategic advice on SEC requirements and corporate governance.
- Manage high-impact legal projects.
- Implement risk management strategies.
- Spearhead updates to corporate policies, especially regarding securities compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of corporate and securities experience.
- Experience with publicly traded companies.
- Experience with M&A transactions.
- SEC experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge in the cybersecurity, networking, or technology fields is preferred.
