Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC and mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and consistent communication
- Monitor job site progress, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project financials, including cost tracking, change orders, and billing
- Mentor and lead field teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, changes, and technical requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of experience in HVAC/mechanical project management
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, and financial tracking
- Ability to estimate, produce change orders, and manage labor efficiently
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Bluebeam (Timberline experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience managing commercial and institutional projects $500K
- Familiarity with HVAC service agreements and maintenance contracts
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in team settings
