Job Title: In-House Real Estate Counsel

Salary: $130K-$140K

We are a growing real estate firm looking to bring an in-house Real Estate Counsel onto our legal team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and business-minded environment within the commercial real estate space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial leasing agreements, including preparing and negotiating terms
- Resolve lease issues and assist in litigation when needed
- Collaborate closely with leasing and property management departments
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations across various jurisdictions
- Advise on complex tenant matters
Must-Have Skills:
- JD
- Active member of a state bar
- At least 1-2 years of experience practicing law
- Must have industry experience in Real Estate (commercial leasing preferred)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in litigation or mediation
- Familiarity with multi-state property portfolios
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX
