Responsibilities and Can Commit to On-site Schedule:
You’ll be a core part of the team responsible for managing financial processes that keep operations running smoothly. From overseeing monthly close to analyzing manufacturing cost trends, this role plays a vital part in helping leadership understand what’s happening behind the numbers.
- Support monthly and year-end close activities across finance and manufacturing teams
- Analyze manufacturing costs—including labor, materials, and overhead—to assess accuracy and improve forecasting
- Provide insights on inventory fluctuations, cycle counts, and process efficiencies
- Reconcile accounts tied to payroll, vendors, and inventory movement
- Collaborate on budget prep and forecasting cycles with finance leadership
- Monitor cash activity and assist with banking-related reconciliation tasks
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits
Must-Have Skills:
- 4 years in accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Strong Excel skills and large ERP experience
- Costing or inventory accounting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Accounting Certification (CPA or similar)
- Manufacturing
