Responsibilities :
- Provide legal guidance to engineering and software teams.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws, including data privacy and AI regulations.
- Oversee third-party software review policies and open-source compliance.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex transactions, licensing agreements, and regulatory matters.
- Support corporate compliance efforts, including export laws and trade regulations.
