Job Description:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Check fluid reservoir levels and measure fluid concentrations in machinery and/or sumps.
Add fluids in the correct ratios to sump and/or machinery as required (e.g., product coolant, water, lubricant, etc.).
Record data for each sump and/or machinery.
Support change-out of metalworking fluid systems under customer direction.
Clean sump screens.
Change filters.
Remove chips.
Monitor fluid inventory levels and report when inventory is low.
Conduct lubricant/coolant lab checks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; directly applicable experience may be substituted.
- CNC machinery experience preferred (not required).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
