Talento Search Group has an opening for a Flexographic Press Operator (multicolor printing press) in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $21-28 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Run and setup presses; change gears as needed
- Mount plates and cylinders for production runs
- Make sure product runs meet quality standards
- Wrap and change rolls on the press
- Troubleshoot, clean and maintain equipment
- Climb ladders to wash the press drum area
Experience Needed:
- Must have flexographic press experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass color blindness test
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform shop math
