This is a direct-hire position on the 6pm-6am shift, 2-2-3 schedule and the salary will range from $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience. There is an annual incentive/bonus plan and annual merit increases plus a retention bonus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise hourly production employees in the forming, printing and shipping/receiving departments
- Ensure quality production standards are met
- Drive production goals
- Ensure safety of employees
- Utilize plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
- Meet/exceed customer requirements
- Determine training needs
- Perform employee evaluations
- Assist in hiring and discipline of production workers
- Communicate with various departments
- Plan and execute production schedule
- Enforce GMP and PPE policies, procedures and rules
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with conflict resolution management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 5-10 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment or combination of education and experience
