Talento Search Group has an opening for an Inventory Control Manager in the Elba, Alabama area. This is a direct hire position on the 1st shift.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage monthly physical inventory
- Supervise the warehouse group and inventory count group
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts and update the computer system
- Work with the warehouse supervisor in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Inspect products in warehouse locations and ensure they are labeled correctly
- Implement the inventory tracking system
- Perform audits to ensure accuracy of labeling
- Process and create jobs in inventory system
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
- At least 5 years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience in inventory management and barcode scanning
- Good communication skills
