Regional Director, Field Human Resources - West Division
TalentoHC has partnered with a global, $3B organization with 55K employees in search of a Regional Human Resources Director. This key position reports to the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for driving the organization’s overall West Region HR strategy.
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives across multiple locations. This leadership role will oversee HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive organizational change.
Ability to work onsite (3) days a week from one of the following locations :
- Los Angeles, CA
- Seattle, WA
- Las Vegas, NV
- Denver, CO
