TalentoHC is actively partnered with an enterprise organization gearing up for a Workday Go-Live in 2025, seeking a Workday Data Analyst on contract for 6 months to join their Workday Team.
We are seeking a detail oriented Workday Data Analyst to join our HRIS team supporting both ship and shore operations. In this role, you will ensure data integrity across Workday and related systems, troubleshoot integration errors, and provide frontline production support. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business partners to keep our HR data accurate, up to date, and seamlessly integrated.
- Key ResponsibilitiesData Integrity Audits:
- Perform regular audits of Workday data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Compare data between Workday, MAPS, OneView, and PeopleSoft; identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Data Conversion & Integration Error Resolution:
- Investigate and correct data conversion errors arising during Workday implementations and ongoing integrations.
- Assist with mapping and validating bi-directional integrations (Workday MAPS/OneView) and uni-directional feeds (Workday/ PeopleSoft).
- Frontline/Tier?1 Production Support:
- Serve as first responder for production support incidents on both ship and shore based Workday environments.
- Triage, document, and resolve end user issues related to data loads, transactions, and business processes.
- EIB Development & Maintenance:
- Create, configure, and maintain Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for data loading and extraction.
- Execute adhoc data loads, cancellations, and rescinds of Workday business processes as needed.
- Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work with HR operations, payroll, and IT teams to define data requirements and integration specifications.
- Support testing of new integrations, system upgrades, and configuration changes.
Skills & Experience
- RequiredWorkday Expertise:
- Hands on frontline/production support of Workday Core HCM.
- Prior participation in a full Workday implementation project.
- Experience creating, loading, and troubleshooting EIBs; canceling and rescinding business processes.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Skilled in data entry, cleanup, and integrity validation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Problem Solving & Communication:
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- DesiredIntegration & Conversion Background:
- Experience in data conversion and field mapping between Workday and legacy HRIS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, UKG, MAPS).
- Familiarity with bi-directional sync processes and error-handling best practices.
- Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Workday HCM certification(s) is a plus.
