Requirements

• 2 - 15 years of commercial experience in a ML role (experience is great to see, but excitement and startup orientation is more important than experience. Someone having worked in big tech for far too many years is, for instance, as you might expect, often a negative signal because they are not startup-oriented)
• Can code up a transformer from scratch in PyTorch
• Comfortable creating large-scale datasets
• Care about the problem of finding high quality knowledge and recognize how important this is for the world
• Graduate-level ML experience at a top tier university (proof of grades required)

• Train machine Learning models
• Build an RLAIF pipeline for search capabilities
